On Easter Sunday Francesco and I took a ride over to Catskill Merino Sheep Farm in Goshen, NY where sheep farmer Eugene Wyatt resides over his flock. It is "lambing" season and we got to meet many newborns that were even born that morning before we arrived. Mr. Wyatt sells his pasture raised lamb along with hand dyed yarn at the Union Square Market on Saturdays. Francesco took his portrait for his upcoming book "Organic, Farmers and chefs of The Hudson Valley". I hung out in the barn with my new friends...
